Suite Entry & FAQs

  • Ticket Distribution:
    All tickets will be accessed using the MLB Ballpark App. You can forward tickets and parking passes to your guests through the app. Click here for a step by step on how to access your tickets and forward tickets to your guests.

  • What is your ticket assurance policy?
    Guests who are sick and/or exposed to COVID-19 are eligible to receive a credit for future use. Please email at least 6 hours prior before first pitch of the game.

  • Will I be able to leave tickets at will call?
    For the health and safety of our staff, all tickets will be digital and available on the MLB Ballpark App. No will call tickets will be available.

  • What is the bag policy?
    For enhanced ballpark security and to expedite the entry process for all of our guests, Petco Park will prohibit bags with the exception for single compartment bags measuring 7” x 10” or smaller, infant and medical bags.

  • Where do I see my scoreboard welcome message?
    All hospitality and suite clients receive a complimentary scoreboard message that is displayed on the Right Field LED board. If you have not submitted your message, please email your Padres Sales Representative with the message at least 3 business days prior to your event. Scoreboard messages cannot be used for commercial purposes; however, you may welcome a group or company who is attending the game.

  • Can I decorate my space?
    Guests are not permitted to use any decorations without prior consent/approval from their Padres Sales Representative.

  • Can I purchase additional tickets?
    Most suites and hospitality spaces have Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets available.
    For any additional ticketing needs, please email your Padres Sales Representative.

  • When will my food be delivered? When does service end?
    Suites: To ensure the highest level of presentation, service, and quality, temperature sensitive items will be delivered after gates open. Food orders will be cut off 1.5 hours after first pitch. Beverages may be ordered through the bottom of the 7th inning. Temperature sensitive items are removed at the top of the 8th inning.

  • Hospitality: Food will be set 1 hour prior to first pitch and will be pulled 1 hour after 1st pitch. Beverages are served 1 hour prior to first pitch through the bottom of the 7th inning.

  • Can I order additional food and beverages for my suite?
    Suites: For any additional food and beverage orders or questions, please email your suite number, date of game, and requests to petcoparksuites@delawarenorth.com and they can further assist. If you will not be in attendance the day of your event, please be sure to inform DNC of additional individuals that will be authorized to add food and beverage items to the credit card used to purchase the suite. Orders must be placed by 4pm, 72 business hours prior to your event date. After that time, the Game Day Menu will be available.

  • Hospitality: For any additional food and beverage orders or questions, please email your Padres Sales Representative and they can further assist.

  • Can I bring my own food and beverages into the hospitality space or suite?
    Outside food and beverages, exclusive of medical or infant needs, are not permitted at Petco Park. Guests are allowed to bring one (1) factory-sealed plastic bottled water that is still, clear and unflavored and that is one (1) liter or less as well as soft-sided single juice or milk containers or ADA required liquids in a sealed container.

  • Can I take food or beverages from the hospitality space or suite home?
    Petco Park strictly prohibits any food or beverages from leaving the ballpark.

  • Where should I park?
    Click here to see the Padres preferred paring options. Parking for suite ticket holders is located in the Padres Parkade. The Omni On Deck Suite has parking access in the Premier Lot.

  • Where is my suite or hospitality space located?

  • Where should I enter the ballpark?
    Suite guests may enter through the Member Gates located at the Park Blvd and Home Plate gates.

  • Hospitality guests may enter through any gate. Your ticket will list a recommend entrance based on location in the ballpark.

  • How will I access my suite?
    Your digital ticket will scan at the suite reader and allow you entry.

  • When can I access my suite?
    You have access to your suite 90 minutes prior to first pitch and you can stay in your suite up to 30 minutes post game. The garage door will be open upon your arrival and remain open for the duration of the game.

  • Can I charge my cell phone?
    Terrace and Premier Club Suites have complimentary cell phone chargers available.

  • Can I change the channel in my suite?
    Each suite has a remote control that will work specifically for the TV inside the suite. It is prohibited to change the channel on the outdoor patio TV.
